We provide assistance for participants to build capacity and resilience through strong and respectful relationships to support people with psychosocial disability to live a full and contributing life.
This support is designed to be able to maintain engagement through periods of increased support needs due to the episodic nature of mental illness.

Struggling to put food on the table???
We understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to ask for help. We’re proud to announce that Snapdragon Support Services has partnered with Albury Wodonga Regional FoodShare to become on selling food voucher agents, providing an additional layer of support for our community.
“I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible support I receive from Andy and the Snapdragon Support Services team. Andy helps me with my shopping requirements on a daily basis, making sure I get everything I need and understand how to manage my budget. He has also been invaluable in helping me understand important documents related to my health, which can be quite overwhelming on my own.
“Snapdragon Support Services has been a life changer for our young adult daughter. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that their participants’ requirements are fully met and they have also advocated for our daughter to ensure other Service Providers uphold their obligations. The staff at Snapdragon Support Services are relatable to my daughter, and the administration team is exceptional.
Support work is hands-on, day-to-day assistance that helps you live the life you choose. A support worker is someone who helps you with everyday tasks — not by doing everything for you, but by working alongside you so you can do more independently over time.
At Snapdragon, your support worker gets to know you — your routines, your goals, and the way you like to do things. We match you with someone who fits your personality, not just your schedule.
Our support worker has been with us for over a year. He knows exactly what our son needs and always shows up with a smile. It's made such a difference to our whole family.

We take matching seriously. Before we introduce a support worker, we consider your personality, interests, communication style, and goals — not just your availability windows. If the fit isn't right, we'll find someone who is. No pressure, no awkwardness.
Absolutely. You're always in control. If something doesn't feel right — for any reason — just let us know and we'll arrange a new match as quickly as possible.
Yes. Support work is funded under Core Supports — Daily Activities (line item 01_011_0107_1_1). If you're unsure what your plan covers, our team can help you work through it, or we can liaise with your Support Coordinator directly.
