Snapdragon’s team of support coordinators helps participants design and build their supports. Coordination of supports focuses on supporting participants to direct their lives, not just their services.
This involves working together to understand the funding, what participants expect from services, and how participants want this designed.
Support coordinators also coach participants to build and maintain a network of formal and informal supports.

How do I know my support worker is a good match?
We take matching seriously. Before we introduce a support worker, we consider your personality, interests, communication style, and goals — not just your availability windows. If the fit isn't right, we'll find someone who is. No pressure, no awkwardness.
Can I change my support worker if it's not working out?
Absolutely. You're always in control. If something doesn't feel right — for any reason — just let us know and we'll arrange a new match as quickly as possible.
Is support work covered under my NDIS Core Supports budget?
Yes. Support work is funded under Core Supports — Daily Activities (line item 01_011_0107_1_1). If you're unsure what your plan covers, our team can help you work through it, or we can liaise with your Support Coordinator directly.
